Unexpected Fees and Delays
I tried to use Boss Revolution for money sending, but the experience wasn't great. The interface of the app is pretty user-friendly, but I felt ambushed by high fees. And on top of that, there was some kind of delay on my transfer that wasn't explained, causing my family a headache on the other end. I have contacted customer support, but they did not provide any clear response to the problem of the delay. I can understand that the time for transfers can vary, but a bit of upfront transparency will help in the setting of expectations. The service could do a little better by explicitly stating all fees or delays upfront rather than surprising the users at the last moment. If these issues aren't fixed, then I may use another provider next time. For me, peace of mind and transparency while sending money mean a lot.

Not Very Good Customer Service
Boss Revolution did not impress me in their customer services. I had the issue when it didn't go through, and I needed urgent assistance. I called customer support, holding for a really long period of time, and was finally able to get through; they weren't able to fix my issue on the spot. Questions that were asked of them were not given direct answers, just full of vagueness, and showed no regard for my situation. I have had to wait two days just to get an answer as to what went wrong, which frustrated me. The actual app is fine through which to send money, but there is a serious lack of helpful support. I need to have a service where I know that help is available if something goes wrong and especially so when sending money internationally. For now, I will be looking into other money transfer services that prioritize customer support in a much more important manner.

Boss Revolution could do better. Though the application is quite user-friendly, the fee structure is not as transparent as I would want it to be. Positive reviews about this service had initially attracted me to using it. However, with my first experience, I noticed hidden fees that were not made clear upfront. The app did not explain exactly what the charges were adding onto the final amount. I am still looking into this, and reaching out to their customer support took a while; hence, it was a bit disappointing. I think that if they had better support and made things clearer with regard to fees, it would be quite smooth. The only drawback with Boss Revolution would be its price; it could be more competitive in its fees. Still, for peace of mind and speed provided, it was worth using it on a regular basis. In the few times I have had questions, customer support has been responsive too. Generally satisfied with the reliability and quality of Boss Revolution.
