Poor Experience
The office chair I purchased was not comfortable and did not look like the description. The material was lightweight, and it began to wear down after just a few days. I am dissatisfied with the quality and will not be making another purchase from Bisonoffice.

Awful Assembly Experience
The item I bought from Bisonoffice needed to be assembled, which I was ready for. The instructions were unclear, and there was a missing tool that was needed to assemble it. After attempting to reach customer service, it took more than a week to get the missing tool. I will not be returning here to shop.

Missing Parts
I purchased a desk from Bisonoffice, and upon arrival, parts were missing. The delivery team did not mention anything regarding missing parts, so I had to sort it out myself. I've been in touch with customer service, but they have taken their time sorting it out. Extremely disappointing.

Poor Communication
After I placed my order, I didn't get any communication about my shipping status. When I contacted customer service, I didn't get a response for days. I ended up having to cancel my order because of poor communication. It was a horrible shopping experience overall.

Poor Quality Furniture
I bought an office chair from Bisonoffice, and although the price was reasonable, the quality was disappointing. The chair was uncomfortable and creaked after a few days of use. The fabric also began to peel. Not worth the investment. I should have done better for what I paid.

Misleading Product Information
I purchased a desk on Bisonoffice's site based on what was described and photographed, and what arrived looked nothing like the description and photo. The desk was smaller in size and poorer quality material than the site promised. I'm really frustrated about the misrepresentation and the shoddy quality of the item.

Poor Assembly Instructions
I purchased a filing cabinet from Bisonoffice, and although it was delivered promptly, the assembly instructions were awful. It took longer than it should have, and I had to call customer service for assistance. They were slow to answer and didn't offer sufficient support. I don't know if I'll order again.

Inconsistent Delivery
The delivery was the worst aspect of my shopping experience with Bisonoffice. I waited more than a week for my items to arrive, and when they did, some pieces were missing. Customer service did nothing to assist me, and ultimately, I had to cancel the order. Very dissatisfied with this company.

Shipping Problems

Horrible Customer Service

Disappointed with Quality
