Late delivery and dusty packaging
My order took nearly two weeks to arrive, which is longer than I expected. When it got here, the box looked dusty and like it had been sitting in storage for a while. The products worked fine but didn?t feel fresh or new. The overall impression was disappointing, especially since the website showed a shorter delivery window. I contacted support but only got generic replies that didn?t solve anything. I?m not sure I?d order again without assurances of better handling and quicker delivery.
