Terrible Service and Poor Quality
Beatrice Bakery completely ruined my event. I had ordered a wedding cake, and it showed up two hours late. And then it came misshapen with lousy decoration on top, which tasted totally abhorrent. This is really terrible; the cake tasted so dry, the frosting extremely greasy, while the staff were really indifferent about discussing it with a wish for settlement. This was, by far, the worst experience I had with any bakery, and I would never trust them with another important occasion.

Overpriced and Overhyped
I have heard so many great things about Beatrice Bakery, but it was absolutely awful. The cake that I ordered was way too expensive for what it was. The quality was very poor at best: the cake was dry, and the frosting tasted way too sweet and artificial. Even the decoration was off-center, which was a letdown. It wasn't a special experience, and I definitely won't be returning. This bakery does not live up to its reputation.

Decent, but Room for Improvement

Horrible Customer Service
The experience with Beatrice Bakery was horrible because of their customer service. I ordered a cake for a certain event, and it arrived several hours later than estimated. When I tried to contact customer support, it took ages for them to get back to me. When I did finally speak with someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the cake itself was dry and not very flavorful. It is a shame this highly-recommended bakery served their customers so poorly with subpar service and quality.

Mediocre Quality, High Price

Very Disappointing Cake

Not What I Expected
Beatrice Bakery had come highly recommended, so I was somewhat excited to try them with my wedding cake. Well, boy, was it ever a disappointment. First, it was late. And not special-desired-tasting, it truly just tasted like plain, simple frosting, too thick and sugar-overloaded; the cake was dry. For what I paid, I thought there would be at least something more to it. Customer service was no help when I called to complain. It didn't ruin our day, but it didn't make it any better, either.

Very Disappointing Experience

A Huge Letdown

Bad Taste, Bad Service
The cake that came from Beatrice Bakery was wrong. It was over-sweetened with frosting, and the cake was just too heavy and dense. The design of the cake was elegant, and the flavor combinations were superb. We opted for a lemon and lavender flavor, and it turned out to be the star of the event. People would also be very surprised at just how fresh and flavorful a cake could taste. Everything Was Perfect
Beatrice's team outdid themselves when working on our anniversary cake, not only with the marvelous design but also with perfect taste. Good, but Some Room for Improvement

Great Cake, Slight Delay
Overall, Beatrice Bakery did a good job. My mom's birthday cake that we ordered was both yummy and beautiful. It came a little later than expected, though; this made me very worried. I know it was partly my fault, but I was also expecting timely service for that cost. Anyway, the quality of the cake made up for it. I would order from them again, but only if they improve their estimated time of delivery.

Nice Cake, but Pricey
Beatrice Bakery did a beautiful cake, and the flavors tasted really great. It was just more on the pricey side considering its size and quality. Delicious but Missed the Mark
Beatrice Bakery made a very delicious cake, but a little different in flavor than what we had in our minds. We ordered a chocolate cake with raspberry filling, and while the cake was rich, the filling was too tart for some guests. Presentation was perfect, delivery timely. Great Experience, but Room for Improvement
It was delivered right on time, and the cake tasted absolutely amazing. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the icing was a little too sweet for my taste. Tasty but a Bit Overpriced

Delicious, but Slightly Dry

Delicious, but Not Always Consistent

Disappointed by the Cake Quality
Looking forward to trying Beatrice Bakery after great recommendations, my experience only let me down. My cake was dry and the frosting was too sweet. The freshly baked taste I had waited for was missing. Decoration was very beautiful, while the texture just didn't feel right. The customer service wasn't bad, but definitely not with the product itself. Well, it looks like quality did not fully correspond to the price such that one would expect after paying a certain amount. Will likely take my next cake order somewhere else.

Slow Delivery, Poor Quality
My order from Beatrice Bakery sounded like a great venture, but it just did not turn out that well. First, it came almost two hours later than estimated, and that just totally ruined the plan. When the cake finally arrived, it wasn't what I ordered: flavorless and with the texture of stale cake pieces. Not fresh at all, I must say-I am so disappointed with everything. Having spent quite a bit, I expected much better quality and timely service. Would think twice before ordering again.

Worst Cake Experience Ever!
The worst experience I have ever had with a bakery. I ordered a custom cake for my daughter's birthday, and it was a complete disaster. First off, the cake was late. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong design, the flavor was nothing like I expected, and the texture was rubbery. What a disappointment. I called the bakery to sort this out, but the customer service was rude and completely unhelpful. I will not recommend Beatrice Bakery to anyone after this horrible experience. What should have been a special day turned into a stressful one.

Very Disappointed with the Service
My experience at Beatrice Bakery was really bad. I had ordered a special cake for my anniversary, but it was delayed by over two hours and didn't arrive in time. The cake finally arrived, crushed, with pieces of the design missing. I called their customer service number, to which the response was really slow and not helpful at all. I had to cancel the rest of the event, and it really ruined the occasion. For the price, the service and quality were simply not acceptable.

Not Worth the Hype
I just don't get the fuss about Beatrice Bakery. I ordered a cake for a family gathering, and though it looked nice, it underwhelmed me when I tasted it. The texture was really dense, with a cake taste that was almost bitter. It was, on top of that, really sweet-almost not able to be tolerated. And that's what you would expect from such a renowned bakery. I probably won't be ordering from them anytime soon.
