Bogus Deals

My experience with AutoApprove was pretty disappointing, to say the least. So I reached out to them first, and they seemed to promise what was, as much as I understand, a pretty great rate for refinancing my car loan. But as it carried along, the terms changed, and the rate turned out to be much higher than that which was offered initially. I would say it was pretty much a bait-and-switch deal, only this time, with a low rate to bring me in. It's frustrating to feel like you've been misled - especially when you're putting faith in a company with your finances. Customer service was fine, but they were unable to explain why my rate changed. If I could do it over, I'd take more time researching other options before going with AutoApprove.

Communication from AutoApprove was very unimpressive. It took a series of follow-ups just to break through and get some information about my loan. My experience with AutoApprove was not good at all. They promised a low interest rate, but I ended up with other costs that were not explicitly told when signing the deal. Bad Customer Service
