Wonderful Event Space

I attended a wedding at Aurora Banquet Hall, and unfortunately, the event was ruined because of some issues in catering. Dinner service did not come out until we were waiting nearly 90 minutes after our invitation. Many dishes had to be served cold when we got them, presentation lacking; guests mentioned items that were served were undercooked. All complaints in this direction from the guests seemed like not important at all for the personnel. There was no urge on the part of the employees to somehow correct this shortcoming. Bad Experience with Event Coordinator

Not a great experience with the event coordinator at Aurora Banquet Hall. They were unresponsive to emails and acted as if they did not care about helping us plan our event. On the actual day, there were a lot of problems with the setup, and the staff didn't know what they were doing. The coordinator was unreachable to sort out our concerns, and when they did arrive, they seemed scattered. The lack of support from the coordinator made the day much more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn't trust them to organize another event.

Overcrowded and Noisy

I went to a wedding in Aurora Banquet Hall, and unfortunately, it was so noisy and overcrowded. It sounded cramped inside the space due to a lack of space for sitting arrangements. The volume of the music was so loud that it was very problematic to talk, and the venue didn't handle the crowd at all. The food was served late, and the staff didn't seem able to handle the number of guests. I would recommend finding another venue for your event if it is going to be big, as this venue cannot handle a large gathering.
