Didn?t Match My Expectations

From the branding and website, I was anticipating a high-end experience. But the product itself didn't live up to that. The packaging felt low-end, and the gummies were too sticky and hard to work with. The effects weren't very strong, which was fine, but the taste wasn't good and left an unpleasant aftertaste. There is nothing really bad, but nothing great either. I wanted better-made, at least from a company that positions itself on the basis of craft quality. Not a bad thing, but far from memorable. Taste and Potency Impressed

The gummies made me feel unbalanced and mentally foggy, not relaxed or equilibrium. The feeling did not slow down naturally either?it hit with full force and then without warning vanished, which was unusual. That lack of consistency made it difficult to feel at ease using them again. I also had a mild headache afterwards, which might be coincidence, but which occurred more than once from the same batch. Communication Could Be Better

There is potential in the brand, but they absolutely require some work in terms of communication. Placed an order and received confirmation, but nothing further for close to a week. No follow-up, no shipping notification, no delivery estimate. When I did finally get in touch with them, it took days for someone to reply, and their response didn't address my actual query. Simply a generic response indicating delays. It?s frustrating when you?re left waiting with no clarity. The product eventually arrived, but the experience left a bad impression. At the very least, they should update customers proactively about delays or issues. Good customer service isn?t just about fixing problems?it?s about preventing confusion. The lack of urgency and engagement makes it hard to trust future purchases. Even if the product itself had been flawless, the experience of obtaining it was sufficient to make me rethink ever using them again.
