Brought back memories
I created a crystal using a photo of my grandfather and gave it to my mom. The second she saw it, she burst into tears. It captured his image in such a real, touching way. Even the smallest features were clear. We leave the light base on at night and it glows softly in our living room. It feels like he?s still here with us in some way. I truly didn?t expect something like this to hit so emotionally. Excellent job from ArtPix 3D. They delivered more than just a product?they delivered a memory.

Damaged on arrival
My crystal arrived with a small crack and the base had scratches too. Contacted support, and they just offered a small discount on my next order?not a replacement. That?s not acceptable for a gift this expensive. Pretty disappointed in how this was handled. Won?t be recommending this to anyone.

Disappointed with quality

So much better than a photo frame
This is probably one of the most personal gifts I?ve ever given. My husband and I recently got married and I used one of our wedding pictures for this. The 3D look made it pop in a way a normal frame never could. The LED base changes colors and looks gorgeous in the evening. He loved it so much he wants one for his parents too. It came packed tightly and was in perfect condition. The whole process from ordering to delivery went smooth. Definitely planning to get another for Christmas. Highly recommend for special occasions.

Not worth the price
I paid over $100 and got a crystal that didn?t look anything like the preview. The person?s face looked warped, and the light base stopped working after two days. Tried contacting support, but no real help. It feels like I wasted money. For a ?premium gift,? it just didn?t deliver at all.

Surprisingly high quality
To be honest, I didn?t expect it to be this solid. The crystal is heavier than I thought, in a good way, and it just feels premium. The 3D image of my dog came out amazing?it almost feels like he?s in there. The website was easy to use and I got tracking updates all the way. It also came with a nice gift box which made it perfect to wrap and go. I?ll definitely order again when I need a unique gift. If you?re a pet lover, this is a must-have. Couldn?t be more satisfied.

Underwhelming result
The idea was great, but the finished crystal looked dull and not as detailed as expected. The photo came out flat, and the 3D effect wasn?t really there. Looks nothing like the preview
I was super excited when I got the email preview?it looked amazing. But what arrived in the mail didn?t look like that at all. The faces in the photo looked squished, and one person?s eyes were barely visible in the crystal. I contacted customer service and all they did was send a script-like response about quality checks. It?s frustrating because I really put thought into this gift and now it just looks weird. The box was also dusty and had a small dent when it arrived. Not the kind of presentation you expect from a ?premium? company. I?m not one to leave bad reviews often, but this felt necessary. It?s a great concept that falls flat in execution. I really wish I had just gone with a framed print or canvas. I feel like I wasted money, time, and the chance to give a truly special gift.

Loved the craftsmanship
The engraving looks absolutely amazing. You can see the small details in the picture I sent, like the hair strands and even facial expressions. I was nervous because my image wasn?t super high quality, but ArtPix 3D somehow made it look perfect. The LED base was worth adding?it makes it glow in the dark and adds a nice touch. My girlfriend cried when I gave it to her, and that says a lot. It?s now sitting on her nightstand and she looks at it every night. Definitely recommend this for anniversaries or special moments.

Turned out better than I expected
I wasn?t really sure how a 3D image in a crystal would turn out, but wow, this blew me away. Photo didn?t look right
The image I uploaded looked amazing on my phone, but the version they used inside the crystal came out strange. My dad?s face was stretched weirdly and the depth effect just wasn?t there. I reached out to see if they could fix it, and they told me that ?the 3D rendering varies depending on subject matter.? Huh? That?s not helpful. There should be some kind of preview that shows how it?ll really look. The crystal itself was clean and well-made, but the engraving just ruined it. This was supposed to be a retirement gift, and now it?s just sitting in the box. I'm not saying they don?t do good work sometimes, but in my case, it just didn?t turn out at all like expected. I won?t be trying again, especially at this price point. It's too risky when you can't get a true preview.

LED base broke in 3 days
I ordered a small crystal with a picture of my kids and was super excited to give it to my wife. The crystal looked okay?not amazing, but good enough. The big problem was the LED light base. It stopped working three days in. We tried new batteries, resetting it, everything. No luck. Emailed support and got a very robotic reply with no real help. For something advertised as a premium gift, you'd expect better accessories and more reliable components. It?s just disappointing to spend over $100 for something that looks okay for a day and then doesn?t work properly. The crystal without the light just doesn?t have the same effect. They really should invest in better hardware or offer a warranty. As it stands now, I?d warn people not to count on the base at all. It?s a nice idea ruined by cheap materials.

Truly unforgettable gift

Mediocre product, bad packaging
When I first saw the idea, I was really excited. Ordered a rectangular crystal for my husband with one of our wedding photos. The image came out okay?not as crisp as expected, but fine. The real issue was the packaging. The box arrived torn at the edges and the crystal wasn?t even secure inside. It rattled around during transit, and while it didn?t crack, it had small scratches on the surface. For something this fragile and pricey, the packaging should?ve been bulletproof. Customer service offered to replace it if I shipped it back?but the return shipping cost more than I wanted to spend again. It?s unfortunate because I think the idea has potential, but their handling and quality checks need serious improvement. I wouldn?t say it?s a total scam, but it?s far from the premium product it?s advertised to be. Wouldn?t buy again until they fix their logistics.

Major letdown
I ordered this weeks ahead of time for my wife?s birthday and it didn?t even show up until two days after?even though I paid for express shipping. When I opened the box, I was shocked to see the wrong photo used. I double-checked my confirmation email, and I definitely uploaded the correct one. Customer service kept telling me the image couldn?t be changed because it was ?already processed,? even though it was their error. No apology, no refund?just a generic coupon for 10% off. Are you kidding? That doesn?t fix the issue. Also, the LED base came cracked. Total mess from start to finish. I had to scramble to find a last-minute gift, and now I have a $100 crystal with a photo I didn?t even select. Save your money. The risk isn?t worth it. If something goes wrong, you're basically on your own.

Too expensive for what you get
The idea is nice, but the execution was not great. I ordered a heart-shaped crystal using a selfie with my boyfriend and while the shape and weight were nice, the engraving itself was barely visible. You really have to angle it to see the details, and in some lights, it just looks cloudy. The light base does help a bit, but it flickered after the second day. I tried to replace the batteries and that didn?t help. I emailed the company but never heard back. For what I paid, I expected way more quality and definitely better service. Also, there was a weird smudge inside the crystal that wouldn?t go away. Not sure if it?s a defect or just poor engraving. Either way, I wouldn?t order again unless they made serious improvements. It was a sweet gift idea that turned into a bit of an embarrassment when I gave it.

Not great for pet photos
I tried using a photo of my dog for a crystal and was really hoping it would come out looking sharp and memorable. Unfortunately, the result was underwhelming. The photo didn't really pop in 3D?it looked more like a gray shadow inside the crystal. Not sure if it's because pet faces don't translate well or what, but it wasn't worth the cost. The light base did help a little but not enough to make up for the overall lack of clarity. I wish they offered more guidance for what types of photos work best. Customer service was okay but not helpful beyond ?sorry you?re unhappy.? It?s a bummer because the idea is cool, and I really wanted to love it. Maybe it works better with people? But for pets, I'd say be cautious. It's a lot of money to spend on something that looks generic and blurry in the end.

Terrible customer service
Ordered a medium portrait crystal using a cherished picture of my grandparents. What came in the mail was crooked and off-centered inside the crystal. I immediately reached out to customer service and got zero real help. They offered a small discount code for a future purchase?no refund, no re-do. How does that help when I needed it as a gift for a memorial? It was incredibly frustrating. For something so expensive and supposedly custom, you'd think they'd show more care. The preview looked perfect, but what I got didn?t match. Even the LED stand looked cheap and stopped working after a week. They keep saying ?the engraving meets our quality guidelines,? but I don't see how. I was left disappointed and out of money. Just be warned?if you have any issue, you might be stuck with it. Definitely not ordering from here again. Total waste of money and time.

Disappointed with final result
I wanted to love this?seriously, I did. I ordered a crystal of my daughter and me for Father?s Day, and while the ordering process was simple, the final product just didn?t impress me. The 3D effect wasn?t that ?3D.? It looked flat and lacked definition, and I know the photo was good quality. The crystal itself is solid and nice to hold, but I expected better engraving quality. I emailed support and got a very generic reply that didn?t really address my concerns. Also, shipping took way longer than advertised. I ordered in advance and still barely got it on time. The gift box looked okay, but for something this pricey, I thought the whole experience would feel more premium. Not worth the hype

Worth every penny
I ordered one of these for my sister's birthday using a childhood photo of us. I wasn?t sure if the picture quality would be good enough, but they made it look so clear and detailed. The 3D effect actually gave me goosebumps?it felt so real. She absolutely loved it and keeps it on her dresser now. The LED base just adds an extra wow to the whole thing. Looks amazing

Completely worth the price
Yes, it?s more expensive than a regular photo frame, but you totally get what you pay for. The craftsmanship is amazing, and the image looks like it?s floating in the crystal. Awesome quality
I didn?t know what to expect but was really surprised by the final product. The crystal has weight to it and the photo of me and my dog looks amazing in 3D. You can actually see the shape and depth?it?s wild. It came in a nice box and the stand makes it glow beautifully at night. It?s been on my desk ever since and I always get compliments on it. The price seemed high at first, but after seeing the result, I think it?s totally fair. Great quality and a great keepsake. Definitely recommend trying it.

Just incredible
I?ve bought a lot of personalized gifts, but this one really stood out. I ordered one using a picture of my kids as a Father?s Day gift to myself (lol) and I?m honestly stunned at how real it looks. The crystal feels like quality glass, and the photo isn?t just etched?it?s fully 3D. The LED light makes it look like it's glowing from within. Even the packaging felt premium. Beautiful and meaningful gift
I got one of the crystals made for my parents' anniversary and used a photo from their wedding day. It came out so beautiful, like seriously better than I imagined. The 3D effect makes it feel like they?re inside the crystal. The LED base lights it up and gives it a really elegant glow, especially at night. My mom actually teared up when she opened it. A special gift that lasts
I was looking for something different for my fianc?s birthday and found ArtPix 3D. I didn?t know what to expect, but I?m beyond happy with how it turned out. Outstanding quality
I wasn?t sure if the image I uploaded would translate well into 3D, but it did. Actually, it looked even better in crystal than on my phone. I got one of me and my siblings for our mom?s birthday, and she was in tears when she opened it. The light stand makes it look even more stunning, especially at night. You can really see the fine craftsmanship in the details. The delivery was quick, and it arrived well-padded with no damage at all. I don?t usually leave reviews, but this deserved one. Great gift for family memories.

LED stopped working fast
The crystal itself was alright, but the light base broke in less than a week. I tried replacing batteries and even cleaning it, but nothing worked. Without the light, the image doesn?t show clearly. Reached out to support, but no helpful response. Very frustrating and not worth the price.

Needs better quality check
There were tiny bubbles inside my crystal that really distracted from the image. Also, the stand didn?t sit flat and kept tilting. The crystal felt nice, but the flaws made it feel rushed. It?s a pricey item, so I expected better inspection before shipping. Won?t order again unless quality improves.

Beautifully made and so unique
This was hands-down the most special gift I?ve ever given. I used a selfie of me and my best friend and got it made into a crystal for her birthday. The detail was unbelievable?you could see our hair, smiles, and even the way our heads tilted. It arrived right on time and came with a sleek gift box. The LED stand took it to the next level. Beautiful detail

Cute idea, poor execution
I loved the concept, but the final result didn?t reflect the image well. The engraving felt shallow and lacked contrast. Even with lights off, it was hard to see details. It arrived on time, but it didn?t have the wow effect I was going for. I regret not going with a different vendor.

Excellent birthday present
Bought this for my dad?s 60th birthday and he was beyond surprised. I used an old photo of him and my grandfather fishing, and it came out better than I thought possible. The engraving has so much depth?it really pops from different angles. It was packaged carefully, and the LED base added an extra wow factor. Misleading preview
The preview looked so detailed and vibrant, but the actual product was nothing like it. The faces looked smudged and out of proportion. Customer service said they couldn?t do anything because it was ?within guidelines.? Disappointing response and disappointing product. Save your money for something with a better guarantee.

Touching memorial gift

Really happy with it
The ordering process was smooth and I liked how they showed you a preview before engraving. The finished crystal looked exactly like the preview, maybe even better in person. It feels like a high-end piece and has a nice weight to it. I gave this to my wife for our 5th anniversary and she was genuinely touched. We placed it on a shelf in our living room and it always gets compliments from guests. I usually don?t write reviews, but this one deserved it. Just okay
Not terrible, but also not amazing. The engraving looked kind of blurry, and it didn?t really stand out unless the room was pitch dark. It?s heavier than expected, which was nice, but not enough to justify the price. If they improved the photo clarity, I might try again?but not anytime soon.

Didn?t meet expectations

So cool and clear!
