Had all my questions answered with the help of a fantastic customer service team. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some immediate financing. High Interest Rates Not Clearly Intimated

My experience with MoneyKey was not as smooth as I had wanted. However, I felt they weren't transparent when disclosing interest rates, while the application was pretty straightforward. After scrutinizing the loan documents, my rate was much higher than I thought it would be, and it was tough to service. I was cornered, and I needed the money badly; so, I just went on with it, but wish they had clarified all costs to me more clearly at the beginning of the process. Yes, the interest rates are extremely high, but that kind of is the nature of the beast when it comes down to these loans. Not transparent enough

I applied, thinking I'd be paying a premium. The overall cost was more than I ever dreamed of. It took me very little time to get approved, but the customer service was polite, never made clear just how much I would owe in total. I found myself feeling strangled with large monthly payments that seemed to be growing every month. MoneyKey at first seemed very friendly, but the representatives did not appear to have much of an idea when I had concerns about my payment terms. They agreed on a very tiny payment deferral that helped a little, but yet was not a real fix for the whole issue. Be sure to look very well into any of their costs should you be considering them. I would advise whoever is thinking of using MoneyKey to look through all possible options first and be very wary of agreeing upon their terms.
