Incompetent Installation and No Follow-Up
My experience at Anderson Carpet One was subpar. I had carpeting installed throughout my home, but the workmanship was abysmal. The installers didn't properly handle the floors or my furniture, and multiple sections were left incomplete. When I contacted customer service to have them resolve the situation, they were no help and took an eternity to get back to me. Worst Service Ever
My encounter with Anderson Carpet One was nothing short of horrific. I received a carpet within two weeks. I waited an entire month to get the carpet, and to my surprise, it was received damaged. They took ages installing it, and the end product was not at all satisfactory. Customer service remained absolutely uncooperative. Never going to do business with them again and certainly not recommend it to anyone else.

The crew arrived finally and got measurements wrong, and the carpet wouldn't fit. I had to take additional money to rectify it, which made me annoyed. The absence of follow-up from customer care was also disappointing.

Misleading and Slow Process
My Anderson Carpet One experience was a frustrating one. My floor that I bought was not what I had seen at the showroom. When installed, the colors weren't right and the quality was substandard to what I had been told. To add insult to injury, the time it took was longer than anticipated. After multiple attempts to contact them, I was never given a solution. The whole process was like a headache, and the product quality did not live up to what was advertised. Avoid This Company
The absolute worst service I have ever gotten. My carpet was messed up and the install was crooked. The customer service told me to email them, they ignored them, and didn't give me any kind of solution. Extremely disappointed with Anderson Carpet One and their unprofessionalism.
