A Wonderful Investment

Huge Disappointment
I wish I had not purchased this walk-in tub. Installation was disorganized, with the crew making a mess and lasting much longer than expected. I also see since installation that water does not get hot right away, and jets are feeble. I've called customer support numerous times and have yet to hear from anyone. This, for what you pay for it, has been a gigantic disappointment, and I would warn any person who considers it to steer clear.

Safety Features, but Problems
I paid for this walk-in tub because of its safety feature, but I've had nothing but problems. The installation took much longer than estimated, and the finished product had a couple of problems, such as the door not closing completely. It leaks a little bit each time I get in. The customer service line was difficult to contact, and I'm still waiting for them to come fix the leak. I expected higher quality for what I paid.

Underwhelming Tub
The walk-in tub was promising to start with, but it hasn't lived up to expectation. The jets offer minimal therapeutic value, and there is constant fluctuation in water temperature. It's extremely frustrating not being able to have a relaxing bath as advertised. Customer service has been of no use, and the installation delays were a letdown too. I would not recommend this tub unless they rectify quality control and response times of their service.

Terrible Experience
I was really looking forward to this walk-in tub, but my experience has been terrible. From the tedious installation to the several water pressure problems, I regret buying it. The tub is not draining correctly, and after several service calls, the issue still continues. The non-urgency of customer service has only added to the frustration. I feel trapped with a defective product that I cannot utilize. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing Experience
