Horrible customer service. Will NOT reply to emails questioning why my package was delivered to someone in the next state over. Zero reply. Zero concern shown. And yet they took my money. Avoid if customer service from a company matters to you. It should.

Pods emit scent steadily but fade after around a week. Just refill and swap. Feels fresh each morning now. Would appreciate a matte finish option to avoid fingerprints. But great execution of clever idea.
