Nonstick Pan Burns Easily
Pan overheats quickly and causes food to stick. Tried it a few times and gave up. Definitely not pro-grade material.

Side lighting and large window are fantastic for visually monitoring food. Heat remains even across all racks?no burnt or undercooked spots. Came packaged securely, without dents or scratches. Tested with bread loaves, cookies, and roast chicken?each time results were consistent and professional looking.

Wooden peel arrived bent. Still usable, but not ideal for sliding pizzas smoothly.
