Good value for peace of mind
The system gives me serious peace of mind?cameras, sensors, the works. The tech guy was knowledgeable and set things up cleanly. I wish the contract was a bit more flexible, but overall, the reliability is worth it. My mother-in-law accidentally sets it off sometimes but support?s always helpful.

Poor follow-up
After installation, a sensor kept going off for no reason. I called support multiple times but kept getting transferred. Eventually, someone came to fix it, but the whole process felt like pulling teeth. I don?t think support should be this hard to reach for something as important as security.

Awful Experience
My experience with this product has been awful. It?s defective, and the company refuses to take responsibility. I spent weeks trying to get help, only to be told it?s ?within normal limits,? even though it clearly doesn?t work. Avoid this brand entirely.

Performs Perfectly

Great basics, some complexity
I?m not tech-savvy, but ADT made it pretty easy?everything?s labeled and the app is straightforward. The night alarm works great and gives a loud warning when triggered. Took me a bit to sync with Google Home though. Overall, feeling safe at home, even if I still get confused by some settings.

App needs improvement
The app is slow to load live video and sometimes doesn?t refresh at all unless I restart it. It?s frustrating when you?re trying to check something quickly. The rest of the system works okay, but the app is a big part of why I got this, so it?s disappointing.

Great Value for Money

Could be better

Average camera quality
The indoor cameras work okay during the day, but at night the image is grainy. The app also lags a bit when switching camera views. It?s not terrible, but I expected more for the price. Feels like the tech is a bit behind compared to other systems I?ve seen.

Not Worth the Hype

Contract feels like a trap

Overly sensitive sensors
My window sensors keep going off in high winds. It?s annoying and makes me nervous that I?ll ignore a real alert someday because of so many false alarms. The tech adjusted them, but it still happens. Not great when reliability is the whole point.

Contract nightmare

Looks Good, Performs Badly
The design is appealing and stylish, but unfortunately, it stops there. Functionality is lacking, and it often fails to work as intended. I had to troubleshoot constantly, which made using it stressful. The return policy is restrictive, so I?m stuck with something I can?t rely on. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it.

Misleading Product Images

Repeated billing errors

Couldn?t cancel easily

Missed appointment

Inconsistent alerts
