Unexpected Additional Costs

The process with Achieve was efficient, however, the added cost not clearly defined to me. I paid much more than I thought which was upsetting, yet the customer service did their best to help, though the complete lack of transparency of fees was really frustrating. Although Achieve agreed my loan in a hurry, the terms were vague and not explained at all. The interest rates were significantly higher than what I anticipated, making me question whether I was indeed getting the full cost. The customer service is polite, but not so much on the issues that one gets to raise.

Frustrating Customer Service

My interaction with Achieve was not at its best. High Fees Were Disappointing

Achieve was very disappointing. They came out making it seem so easy, but fees and interest were way much higher than when they first were telling me. It seemed as though they did not fully present the whole cost of this loan. There was no problem with rudeness, but the customer service didn't take much initiative to help with my concerns. There are also hidden charges that have not been explained properly in the process. I tried calling their support line several times, but my concerns fall on deaf ears. I mean, loans cost money, which is understandable, but the ambiguity here caused so many sleepless nights. To anyone thinking of using Achieve, I'd say read that fine print very carefully and ask them to explain in detail, every fee and cost, from the onset. Unfortunately, I will never make use of their services again and cant really say anything good about them.
