Very Expensive and Poor Communication

My experience with Ace Cash Express was not too impressive. It was efficient, but much too pricey. When I tried to call for clarification on the repayment terms, customer service was, for me, very uncooperative-thereby leaving me getting the run around. Anyone thinking of tapping their service: make sure to check all the fees involved before finalizing the deal and understand every bit of it. Money came fast. But in the long haul, it was really a bad financial decision on my part because of the huge fees they're making me pay for and the interest from the advance. I'm not going back there.

Unfair Terms and Lack of Support

Sadly, I had the most horrible time with Ace Cash Express. The loan interest and fees were very high, and when I could not be able to make the payments, their customer service really didn't know how to help. Actually, the people I contacted showed little interest in working with me to come up with a payment agreement, but more interest in collecting fees. This actually made me feel that they did not genuinely care for my predicament but rather just to collect some more fees. In general, it was stressful and frustrating. I truly regret ever having used their services and would definitely not recommend them to anyone in a situation where they are looking for fair and understanding support.
