Not What I Ordered

I had ordered a straight-tube bong, but they sent me a beaker-style instead. When I contacted them, they informed me that stock had changed and provided a discount code instead of replacing it. The product does work, but it's not what I ordered. Disappointed that they didn't make this clear before sending.

Broken on Arrival

My bong came with a crack in the base. The packaging was good, so perhaps it was damaged before being packed. Replied to support, and they were courteous but refused to provide a quick solution. Left me hanging for over a week waiting for a response. A painful experience that's discouraged me from reordering.

Still Waiting for Resolution

It's been nearly a month since I reported a defective item on delivery, and I still haven't heard back from them. They responded to my message once and then nothing. Terrible follow-up. Mixed Feelings on Quality

Quality Control Needs Work

Received a bubbler with an obvious chip in the glass. Packaging was tight, so it was probably packaged that way initially. Emailed with pictures and received a generic response, no replacement being offered. Frustrating when the issue clearly wasn't on the customer's side. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Bought a downpipe that was described as universal fit, but it didn't fit with any of the other parts I had. The quality seemed very budget also. Consistently Good Experience

I've ordered a few times at this point, and the process has been fairly standard. Products come on schedule and are wrapped securely, and product quality is good. Once I received a downstem missing, but it was shipped out promptly when I alerted them. Would be ideal if they sent tracking notifications sooner.
