Decent for quick funds
The process wasn?t flawless, but I got what I needed. Website was a bit glitchy on mobile, so I had to switch to desktop. Took longer than I hoped, but once approved, the money came quickly. Better than expected
Didn?t think it would go this smoothly, but it actually did. The rates are what they are for a short-term loan, but at least they were upfront about it. No pressure to take a bigger amount. Good support through the process

They lost my documents

Not worth the hassle

LoanMart promoted fast approvals and easy funding. What actually happened was endless paperwork, a long wait, and finally a denial without a clear reason. Poor support and unprofessional
Their customer support really needs training. The person who helped me was unprofessional and didn?t seem to know how their own system worked. I asked simple questions and got vague or incorrect answers. The loan wasn?t processed because of their mistake, but they acted like I was the problem. Left with no solution and wasted energy. Long wait with no outcome

Unclear fees and high interest
LoanMart didn?t explain the full cost of the loan clearly. What seemed like a decent offer at first turned out to have insanely high interest and hidden charges.
