Zipper was stiff

Loved the design on my satchel but the zipper was a little stiff when I got it. It?s smoother now after some use though. Cute bag overall.

Ordered two, got one, felt scammed

Ordered a two-pack of USB drives but only got one and it didn?t even work. It felt like a scam. I complained via email and refund happened eventually, but it took days and I lost trust. I?d think twice before ordering from them again after that experience.

Good print but chipped flakily

I really liked the personalized design on my water bottle, but after dropping it once, the coating flaked off around the edge. Contacted customer service?they were polite but said it was considered "accidental damage" and not refundable. I feel like that should?ve been clearer upfront.

Tumbler leaked, disappointing start

First week of using the tumbler, it started leaking around the lid seal. I thought it was my fault so I tightened it extra, but it still leaked. Contacted them, they said they?d replace it, but shipping took two weeks. Meanwhile my coffee kept spilling. Not the best experience.

Wrong color on tote, meh service

Ordered a custom canvas tote in light blue with a monogram. What I received was dark navy instead. It?s still usable, but nothing like I asked for. Support eventually agreed it was their fault and sent a refund, but I had to push for it instead of them being proactive.

Nice tote, strap faded a bit

The canvas tote looked awesome and fit all my stuff. But the strap faded after a few washes. Print on the bag still looks new tho.

Print was slightly off-center

Sturdy travel mug, great print

Got my travel mug from 64Custom and honestly it came out better than I thought. The print was super clear and the mug feels solid. Shipped without any issues too. Will prob buy again when I need a gift.
