Strap was weird but fine

Case felt cheap and strap broke
Bought a leather satchel with my initials?it looked nice but the strap ripped on first use. Stitching around the edges came undone quickly. I tried emailing them and got one reply saying they?d look into it, but no follow?up after that. Disappointing, especially since I liked the design.

Wrong item sent, total hassle
I ordered a pair of tumblers but received just one plain coffee mug with zero customization. Tried to contact support?emails bounced around and took a few days to get any reply. They offered another replacement but shipping still took ages. Felt like they didn?t really care about the mistake.

Nice design but delayed shipment
The personalized water bottle looked fantastic and the print was crisp. But the delivery got delayed by almost a week?they blamed postal delays, which I kind of get, but no proactive update was given. I had to reach out myself. Not a huge deal, but I?d prefer if they kept me informed.

Zipper was stiff

Ordered two, got one, felt scammed
Ordered a two-pack of USB drives but only got one and it didn?t even work. It felt like a scam. I complained via email and refund happened eventually, but it took days and I lost trust. I?d think twice before ordering from them again after that experience.

Good print but chipped flakily
I really liked the personalized design on my water bottle, but after dropping it once, the coating flaked off around the edge. Contacted customer service?they were polite but said it was considered "accidental damage" and not refundable. I feel like that should?ve been clearer upfront.

Tumbler leaked, disappointing start
First week of using the tumbler, it started leaking around the lid seal. I thought it was my fault so I tightened it extra, but it still leaked. Contacted them, they said they?d replace it, but shipping took two weeks. Meanwhile my coffee kept spilling. Not the best experience.

Wrong color on tote, meh service
Ordered a custom canvas tote in light blue with a monogram. What I received was dark navy instead. It?s still usable, but nothing like I asked for. Support eventually agreed it was their fault and sent a refund, but I had to push for it instead of them being proactive.

Nice tote, strap faded a bit

Print was slightly off-center

Nice tote, bit late tho
