Decent product, slow delivery
The tea itself is flavorful, and I like that it?s light but not weak. Packaging was intact, and the ingredients felt fresh. Only downside was the shipping?took almost ten days, which was longer than expected. Still, once it arrived, I was impressed with the blend. If they speed up logistics, I?d probably bump my rating up.

Misleading product descriptions
Based on the site, I thought I was getting premium hand?blended loose leaf tea. Instead, it came in standard tea bags, with no labeling to match what was shown. The descriptions talked about complexity and depth of flavor, but what I got was flat and bland. It?s not a bad tea, just very ordinary?nowhere near what was advertised. The packaging is very nice and makes a good first impression, but that only goes so far. I felt misled. This is a classic case of over?marketing a basic product. It?s not worth the premium price tag unless they improve quality and are more transparent. If you?re expecting something gourmet, you might be let down.

Comfort in a cup
This tea has become my go?to when I need a calming moment. The mint aroma is relaxing without being too sharp. I like that it?s not overly processed and doesn?t taste artificial. Arrived quickly and well packaged. A good amount of thought clearly goes into their product. I?ve already recommended it to my roommate.

Hooked after the first sip
One sip and I was in love. This mint tea has the perfect mix of freshness and subtle depth. I drink it cold with lemon slices and it's incredibly refreshing. Refund never issued
I asked for a refund after I realized I ordered the wrong product. I contacted them within a few hours of placing the order, thinking it would be easy to cancel since they hadn?t shipped yet. Instead, they told me they couldn?t process refunds after payment is completed. That seems ridiculous?most online shops allow some sort of cancellation window. I kept emailing, hoping they?d make an exception, but eventually they just stopped replying. Now I?m stuck with an item I didn?t even want and no option to fix it. This is not how you build loyalty or customer satisfaction. A simple, flexible policy would go a long way. The worst part is the tone of their responses?very cold and robotic, no sign of empathy or care. Won?t trust them again with my money.

Tea was good, just wish for more quantity
The taste is great?smooth and naturally minty without being too strong. I just wish the quantity was a bit more generous per pouch. It feels like I?ll go through it quickly. Still, the freshness and aroma are worth it. I love steeping it cold and sipping it throughout the day. Might try a bulk option next time.

Looks better than it is
This company seems to focus more on visuals than actual quality. Everything online looks so polished and professional, but what I received didn?t live up to the hype. The tea is alright, but nothing special, and the flavors are weaker than expected. I tried three different blends and they all kind of tasted the same. Maybe they should spend less on branding and more on product testing. It?s not terrible, just underwhelming, especially considering the price. Shipping took a bit longer than stated, and the tracking was vague. When I asked for a return option, they said returns aren?t accepted on opened tea, which makes sense?but then how does anyone try new products without a risk? Disappointing customer experience overall. Won?t be rushing back to buy again unless I see some changes.

Beautiful packaging, great gift
Bought a few packs as gifts for friends and they loved them. The tins and labels look very premium, and the mint blend has a really clean finish. Also love how the website shows detailed descriptions. Everything matched what I expected, and customer service was polite when I asked a question about shipping timelines. Packaging was damaged, order incomplete
The box was beat up when it got to me. One of the tea pouches had burst inside and made a mess of everything else. On top of that, two items I paid for weren?t even included. I contacted their support right away, but all I got was an automated message. It?s been over a week and no follow-up. I feel like once they have your money, they?re done with you. The one blend I did manage to try tasted okay, but the experience as a whole left a sour feeling. You pay for quality and care, not just leaves in a bag. Would?ve appreciated faster response and some kind of compensation for the missing items. It feels like there?s no system for fixing problems, which is frustrating as a customer. Right now, I can?t trust them with another order.

Well curated blends
Ordered a sampler to try a few of their blends and each one was unique. The Masala Mint surprised me?spicy but cool. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, but the quality makes up for it. I like that the ingredients are listed clearly, and they don't overload the blends with fillers. It?s now part of my tea rotation.

Good flavor, eco packaging
Loved the subtle minty taste. It wasn't overpowering and had a nice clean finish. I also appreciated the fact that they use eco-friendly packaging. Shipping was relatively quick and arrived undamaged. One of the better tea brands I?ve tried online. Would be great if they offered sampler bundles to try more flavors. Good overall experience.

Tea arrived stale, weak taste
Got my order in decent time, but the quality was not what I expected. Opened one of the tea pouches and the smell was barely there. Brewed it anyway, but it tasted bland and flat, almost like it had been sitting on the shelf for a long time. No depth, no freshness. It didn't match the rich description on their site. I emailed about possibly getting a replacement, and they said that?s just how the blend tastes. I?ve had similar blends from other brands, and this one just doesn?t compare. The packaging is cute, but what?s inside matters more. There?s potential here, but if they don?t fix the quality, it?s hard to justify a repeat purchase. Was hoping for a cozy tea experience and ended up with something forgettable. Disappointing that the product didn?t match the promise.

Subtle, balanced flavor

Too long to ship, no update
Shipping took forever, and I mean forever. Their site said 5?7 business days, but it ended up taking over 3 weeks. No updates in between unless I emailed. And even then, the replies were short and not very helpful. I don?t mind delays if someone communicates openly, but that didn?t happen here. When it finally arrived, one item was missing. I emailed about it?still haven?t heard back. The tea that did come looked okay, but the entire order process was so draining it didn?t matter anymore. You?d expect better tracking or at least some notice. Instead, it was silence until I pushed. This company needs to seriously work on fulfillment and transparency. A delay is one thing, but ghosting your customers is another. I honestly won?t order from here again until I know their systems have improved.

Truly satisfying
Loved everything about this order?from checkout to sipping my first cup. The website was easy to navigate, I got clear updates along the way, and the tea itself was absolutely lovely. Smooth, rich aroma with a flavor that?s both cooling and slightly earthy. I felt like they put a lot of thought into the recipe. Not just mint and hot water. Packaging was sturdy, and I could tell it was packed with care. I shared a cup with my sister and she immediately asked where I got it. This might just be my new go-to brand.

Packaging nice, but flavor?s off
The box looks premium and well?sealed, but the taste of the tea isn?t there. Tried multiple blends and none were satisfying. They all had the same weak base and lack of character. Not something I?d repurchase unless things improve.

Nice branding, poor consistency
At first, everything looked promising. The site is clean, the product images are sharp, and I got a confirmation email right away. But once the package came, things went downhill. Some of the tea bags were open inside the pouch, with loose leaves scattered everywhere. It didn?t feel sanitary. I brewed a cup anyway, but the flavor was flat?not what was advertised. I reached out to let them know, and the response I got felt copy?pasted. They apologized but offered no resolution or refund. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it doesn?t leave me excited to try again. The packaging was also dented on arrival. I really wanted to like this brand and was ready to become a regular customer, but this first impression fell short. Too much inconsistency, and customer care just wasn?t helpful enough to win me over.

Very pleasant surprise
Picked this up randomly during a flash sale, and honestly wasn?t expecting much. But wow?the aroma is incredible! The mint is there, but balanced out by earthy undertones. I didn?t even add sweetener and it was still enjoyable. It?s the kind of tea that?s mellow but flavorful. Not boring at all. The shipping came earlier than expected and everything was tightly packed. Even the envelope the invoice came in looked nice. It?s obvious they?ve thought through the customer experience. I do think the portion size per pack could be a little larger for the price, but I?m still pleased with the overall value. This has quickly earned a spot in my weekly tea rotation. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend to anyone who likes clean, natural blends.

Poor quality control
Received the wrong blend and some bags were mislabeled. It was hard to tell what I was even drinking. Reached out and they told me it ?might be a labeling issue? but offered no fix. Very careless service overall.

Order never arrived, no support
Placed my order three weeks ago and still haven?t received anything. The tracking number leads nowhere, and when I reached out for help, I got no response for days. When they finally replied, it was a vague message that didn?t answer my questions. I was really looking forward to trying their teas, but the lack of communication and delay completely ruined the experience. They kept saying ?just wait a few more days,? and now it?s been nearly a month. I?ve asked for a refund but haven?t gotten that either. It?s really frustrating when you spend money expecting a small luxury, and all you get is silence. The website seemed reliable, but customer service feels like a ghost town. Honestly, I regret trying them and wouldn?t buy again unless something changes drastically. This kind of service just isn?t worth the trouble. Wouldn?t recommend based on this experience.

The perfect bedtime tea
I?ve been drinking tea before bed for years, and this is one of the few blends that actually helps me wind down without any weird aftertaste. The mint is soft, cooling, and relaxing. It doesn?t feel harsh like peppermint oils or artificial flavorings. Everything from the unboxing to brewing felt smooth. The packet sealed well and smelled great right out of the bag. Tea bags were damaged
Several tea bags arrived ripped open. Leaves were all over the inside of the pouch. Sent pictures to support and got no reply. It?s frustrating to receive a messy order and have no one acknowledge the issue. Won?t return to them.

Could be better, but not bad
First impression was mixed. The box arrived on time and looked nice, but a couple of tea bags were slightly torn. That said, the tea still tasted quite nice?light, fresh, and not overly strong. The mint doesn?t hit you all at once?it builds. I like that. I just wish the packaging was a bit more durable. Maybe it was a one-time issue, but it matters. I emailed them and they replied in about 48 hours with a polite response and offered 10% off my next order, which I appreciated. Their tone was friendly and respectful. If they can improve the packaging a little and maybe include more detailed brewing instructions, I?d feel confident giving a higher rating next time. The tea itself has potential and I?d still recommend giving it a shot.

Looks good, tastes bad
Presentation is beautiful, but that?s where the good ends. The tea was tasteless and had no body to it. Even after steeping longer, the flavor barely came through. Definitely not worth the hype or cost. Wouldn?t recommend to friends.

Solid choice for herbal tea lovers

Stale product, poor presentation

Late shipping, poor quality

Quality packaging, solid experience

Impressive herbal blend
Really enjoyed the herbal blend they offer. It?s not just mint?it has layers, and I found that steeping it a bit longer brings out a nice sweetness. Delivery was fine, though a day late. Product fine, but poor experience
The tea itself is decent. Not amazing, but drinkable. What ruined it for me was the shipping and customer service. They took 10 days to send my package, even though the site said 2?3 days. And when I asked about it, I got a curt reply saying delays ?sometimes happen.? That?s it. No apology, no update, just that. Not a great way to treat first?time buyers. The product doesn?t justify the hassle, especially when you can get similar quality for less elsewhere. I wanted to like this brand, but now I?m not really motivated to try again.

Good everyday tea

Slow replies and no resolution
I had an issue with one of the tea bags leaking in the package. Sent a photo and asked if they could replace it. Took them five days to reply, and then they just said it ?shouldn?t affect the quality? and didn?t offer anything further. That?s not really how customer service should work. I?m not even asking for a full refund?just a replacement or some kind of gesture that says they care. But nothing. The taste of the tea was okay, but honestly it?s hard to enjoy when the experience has been so frustrating. I wanted to support a smaller brand, but it feels like they don?t have a proper system for handling complaints. If they want loyal customers, they need to do better than this.

Quality tea, mild flavor
