Opened the pouch and the leaves were dull and lifeless?not vibrant or aromatic as advertised. Brewed it anyway, but the result was underwhelming. The flavor was barely there and felt stale. For a company focused on calming tea experiences, this was disappointing. I tried reaching out to their team, and while I received a response, it was copy-pasted and didn?t address freshness or provide a refund option. Delivery was fast, but if the product quality isn?t there, it doesn?t really matter. Would be open to trying another blend if they had better customer care, but for now, I?m moving on.

It brewed light and tasted mostly like warm water. No noticeable calming effects. Customer service was okay?they replied in a day, but the answer was generic. It?s not awful, but definitely not great.

Not what I was expecting
The Calm Leaf caught my eye with all the good reviews, but my experience didn?t align. I ordered a calming blend hoping to replace evening caffeine, but even after steeping for a full 10 minutes, the flavor was watery. There were small stems in the bag, which gave it a cheap feel. Although the website looked great and ordering was easy, the product inside didn?t match the presentation. Customer service wasn?t rude but didn?t really help either. Asked about returning or exchanging and was just told to try steeping longer. Felt like they weren?t really listening. It?s not a terrible product, but it?s not something I?d recommend or reorder.
