Delivery and taste issues
The delivery was late by several days without any notification. When the box finally arrived, some sweets were crushed, and others tasted off, as if they had been sitting on a shelf too long. It was frustrating because I had ordered this for a special occasion. Attempts to get a refund were met with delays and vague answers. Customer service did not seem to prioritize my concerns. A very disappointing purchase that I will not repeat.
