Good Overall but Some Room to Grow
Neptune Cigars has a lot going for it: quality cigars, fast delivery, and a decent range of choices. My recent order went mostly well?the cigars were fresh and packaged nicely, and the shipping was quicker than estimated. One small issue I had was with their website filtering. Sometimes it?s hard to sort by specific wrapper types or regions, which makes browsing a bit clunky. Also, one of the sticks in my sampler didn?t burn evenly, but that could?ve been a fluke. On the positive side, they do respond to customer questions quickly and seem eager to help. I?ve also earned some points through their rewards program, which is a nice extra. All things considered, they?re a reliable vendor with room for improvement. I?ll continue to order from them and hope to see some upgrades on the site layout and maybe some more bundle deals for regular buyers.

Underwhelming Quality and Response
Bought a few individual sticks to sample a new brand, and was really let down. While I know that flavors can vary, what arrived felt like old stock?very dry, cracked wrappers, and one cigar that basically unraveled while I was cutting it. I immediately contacted customer support and attached photos, but their response was lukewarm at best. They said the product ?meets their standard? and offered no compensation. I?ve had cigars shipped from across the country before, and they arrived in better condition than this. If this is their standard, I?m not sure I want to order again. I like giving companies a fair shot, and maybe others have had better luck?but my first experience didn?t leave a great impression. I?ll probably stick to vendors that pack their cigars more carefully and are more responsive to issues. Not the worst site out there, but not one I can trust with my money right now.

Wouldn?t Recommend Based on This
I placed an order during a sale, thinking I?d get a good deal on cigars I usually buy locally. The website worked fine, and checkout was easy. But after that, things went downhill. There was no update for five days, then suddenly a tracking number appeared?but the order didn?t ship until two days later. When it arrived, the outer box was dented, and the cigars inside weren?t sealed properly. No Boveda pack or anything to keep them fresh. Some of the sticks had an odd smell too, almost like mildew. I reached out to Neptune and included photos, but only got a generic reply. No offer to replace or refund, just a link to their return policy, which is surprisingly strict. The whole experience felt careless, from the handling to the follow-up. If this is how orders are handled, I?m better off going to a brick-and-mortar shop, even if it costs a bit more.

The cigars looked great online, but in person, they didn?t match the photos or descriptions. I ordered a sampler that included five cigars?two were okay, but the rest either had loose wrappers or burned unevenly. One had a weird chemical taste that made it un-smokable. I double-checked the brand and batch online to see if others had the same issue, and it turns out I wasn?t alone. Reached out to customer service and was basically told that flavor can be ?subjective.? Sure, but when the construction?s bad and the cigars feel dried out, it?s not about taste?it?s about quality. I don?t expect perfection, but I do expect what?s advertised. Sadly, that wasn?t the case here. There are better places to spend money on cigars, especially when customer support doesn?t seem to stand behind their products. I might give them another shot if they improve, but right now, I?m not feeling confident.

Frustration All Around
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience really pushed me to say something. I ordered a box of cigars as a gift and made sure to order well in advance. Not only did the package arrive late, but the box was badly damaged and looked like it had been repackaged. One of the cigars was missing altogether, and a few were clearly dried out. Tried contacting Neptune through email and phone?got no answer for days. When they finally replied, they said the box must?ve been damaged during shipping, but that doesn?t explain the missing cigar. Offered me a small credit, which felt like a brush-off. The whole thing made me look bad in front of the person I was gifting it to. Definitely not the level of service I expected, and the way they handled the situation only added to the frustration. I won?t be ordering again and I wouldn?t advise anyone else to either.

Inconsistent Quality Every Time
This was my third order from Neptune, and unfortunately, each one has had some kind of issue. I kept hoping things would improve, but it?s been a series of problems. On my first order, a couple cigars were broken; the second order came late without tracking; and this most recent one had stale cigars that wouldn?t even stay lit. I reached out for help, and while they replied after a few days, nothing substantial was done to make it right. The frustrating part is that when the cigars are good, they?re really good?but the inconsistency just makes it a gamble. I like trying new cigars, but I don?t want to feel like I?m rolling the dice every time I place an order. There needs to be better quality control, and faster support responses. Not completely writing them off, but I?m definitely not ordering again until I see they?ve made some changes.

I had high hopes for Neptune Cigars based on all the positive feedback online. But my experience was pretty mixed. While a few of the cigars I received were in decent shape, others were cracked, dry, or burned unevenly. I was also surprised by the delay in shipping. I waited almost ten days before the package even moved, and during that time, customer service wasn?t much help. When I finally got a reply, it was vague and didn?t explain the delay. The packaging didn?t do a great job keeping things humid either, which probably explains the quality issues. I reached out again to ask about a refund or replacement for the damaged cigars, but never heard back. It?s a shame because the brand does seem to carry a good selection. But between the poor follow-through, inconsistent quality, and lack of support, I don?t know that I?ll be placing another order anytime soon.

Poor Communication and Packaging
After hearing so many good things about Neptune Cigars, I finally placed an order?but the experience was underwhelming from the start. The packaging didn't seem secure either?just a cardboard box with a small humidification packet that had dried up completely. The lack of urgency in addressing customer concerns is frustrating. I understand that delays happen, but poor packaging and a weak follow-up really put me off. Could?ve Been Better
This was my second order with Neptune, and unfortunately, it didn?t live up to my first one.
