Not What Was Advertised
The property looked lovely in photos, but upon arrival, many issues became apparent. The cabin was smaller and less clean than described, with signs of wear and neglect. The heating system was unreliable, and there was little hot water some days. Staff were slow to respond to questions, and the booking process felt disorganized. Outdoor areas were poorly maintained, with broken furniture and unkempt grounds. It felt more like a rushed rental than a carefully curated retreat. For the price, expectations were much higher, and the reality was disappointing. I hope they improve the facilities and customer care soon.

Cleanliness was below expectations, with dust in corners and some unpleasant odors. The promised amenities were missing or non-functional. Overall, the trip felt rushed and frustrating, not the peaceful retreat we hoped for. With better upkeep and service, this could be a great spot, but right now it needs serious improvement.
