Drive-thru wait

Needs better organization
The layout of the caf? is kind of awkward, and the line gets confusing when it?s crowded. People didn?t seem to know where to stand, and the staff didn?t help much. My order also got mixed up, and I ended up with the wrong drink. By the time they corrected it, I was already annoyed. The space could be charming if it were managed better, but as it stands, it feels hectic. I don?t think I?ll return soon.
