Inconsistent Quality Across Box
Received a bulk box of Ajwa dates and was shocked by the inconsistency. About half of them were excellent?soft, flavorful, and just the right texture. The other half were dry, some even shriveled. It?s like they mixed two batches together without checking for consistency. I was hoping for a uniform experience since I planned to gift some of them, but ended up separating the good ones myself. It was time-consuming and frankly not what I paid for. When I contacted customer support, they acknowledged the issue but didn?t offer much of a solution. No partial refund, no apology coupon?just a vague ?thank you for the feedback.? That?s not how you keep customers. At this price point, I expected better quality control. The good dates were really great, which makes the situation even more frustrating. There?s so much potential here, but they need to tighten up their sorting process.
