Good team, small hiccups
The team was kind and worked hard to get me approved. There was a hiccup with the documents from the seller, which slowed things down a bit. But Smarter Finance stayed with me through it and made sure I still got what I needed. Very respectful in how they handled my questions too. Just wish the timeline had been a little faster, but still good work.

Too much back and forth

In the end I got the funding, but man, it was a bumpy ride. I had to follow up constantly to keep things moving. There was also some confusion about the final numbers, which didn?t match the original quote. They corrected it, but I had to be firm about it. I honestly regret choosing this company. What was supposed to be a simple financing deal turned into weeks of confusion. Every time I submitted something, they said something else was missing. I spoke to multiple reps and got different answers from each. The communication was all over the place, and I never felt like anyone knew what was going on. I ended up canceling the whole thing. Complete waste of time and energy for me.

Mostly smooth process
They really tried their best to get my equipment financing done and were professional through it all. A few small delays with paperwork and follow-ups, but they kept me in the loop. Best experience so far
Out of all the finance companies I?ve dealt with, this was by far the best. They don?t just try to sell you stuff. They actually ask what you need and give honest answers. Solid experience overall

Mixed feelings

Okay experience, just slow
I went through Smarter Finance to get equipment for my cleaning business. They were friendly at first, but after paperwork started, it became harder to get quick answers. There were delays with the underwriter and I had to resend a few forms. I still got approved, but it felt like I was doing most of the chasing. Not awful, just not very efficient. I'd maybe use again, but only if I had more time.

Worked with me

Not bad, but not smooth either
The service wasn?t terrible, but it also wasn?t the easiest process. Took longer than expected and I had to reach out multiple times to get basic updates. Some miscommunication between their team and the vendor delayed my deal more than a week. I eventually got funded, but it didn?t feel as smooth as they made it sound. Staff was polite, just not always quick to respond. Could be better with follow-through and timing.
