Uneven Product Quality

It was a mixed bag that I bought from Wine Enthusiastics last time. My purchase comprised of a wine opener and several glasses. The first one is excellent, with sturdy construction and flawless operation. It's unexpected how easily the glasses become lacerated. Even after being gently washed with water and soap, two of them developed chipping pain after a few uses. My expectation was that the cost would be justified by its longer lifespan. It's frustrating to have such a disparity in quality within the same order. The. Hence, I am not prepared to spend more money on their glassware in the future. Consistency is essential, but it appears to be lacking here.
