Disappointing Delivery Experience
I had very high hopes for Waitrapp based on the reviews I read, but it was far from a good experience. My order took more than 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did, the food was cold. The driver seemed in a hurry, and when I called up customer support, they provided me with a generic response with no real solution. What really annoyed me was that nobody bothered to call and apologize, let alone refund the money. The interface of the app is fine, but if the core service-that is, delivering on time-fails, then it defeats the purpose. I won't be using this service again. Terrible Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with Waitrapp, for which the customer service, instead of being helpful, disappointed me further. I placed dinner orders, and I received them incomplete. I registered a complaint with their support team immediately and found that it was so very slow; I had to make multiple calls. In an hour or so, they responded and told me that they could not do anything about it. There was no offer to refund my money or even try to rectify the situation in any way. To add insult to injury, I had to pay for it, yet never received anything in return. This leaves a very bad impression, and I won't be using the app anymore. If you need good service and a company that truly stands behind its product, look elsewhere.

Inconsistent and Unreliable
My experiences with Waitrapp have been very inconsistent of late. A few times, the service was okay, but more often than not, it is late, and the food is cold. I have had so many issues with the Waitrapp app crashing, mostly while trying to check out or browse for food. I have been using Waitrapp for six months now, and it is definitely my favorite food delivery service. The app is super user-friendly, and ordering is always smooth. One thing I really like about this app is the restaurant options-from fast food to local gourmet restaurants. I can always find something that will satisfy my cravings. The delivery time is mostly very accurate, and the food always arrives fresh, hot, and well-packed. I also love how the app lets me track my order in real time. Frustrating Experience with Waitrapp
I had high hopes for Waitrapp, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The app itself is easy to navigate, but the service has been unreliable. I?ve placed three orders over the past month, and each one had significant issues. My first order was delayed by over an hour, and the food arrived cold. I called customer support, and they were very slow; no compensation was provided. The second order was incomplete, and upon calling them again, they just apologized and didn't provide any real solution. The third order was canceled at the last minute due to "technical difficulties," leaving me scrambling for food. While the selection of restaurants is decent, I just can't justify continuing to use Waitrapp when the delivery times and customer service are so hit-or-miss. I'll be looking at other options for food delivery from now on.
