Misleading Product Description

Particularly, the product description listed a particular motor, but the product that came to me was fitted with a considerably weaker motor. This is clearly false advertising. Significant Issues with Order Fulfillment
Ordered a particular model of a generator, and after a week of waiting, was delivered a totally different, lower-wattage model. Calling customer service was a nightmare. They recognized the mistake but only gave a minor discount on the wrong item, not an exchange for the original item I ordered. This is unacceptable, given the price difference. Now I have a generator that is not what I need and a long return process.
