After reaching out to customer support, I was given vague responses and no clear timeline. When the unlock code finally arrived, it didn?t work. I contacted them again, but their support team took forever to respond, and by the time I got a new code, it still didn?t work. The frustration of waiting, getting incorrect codes, and receiving no help was unbearable. I had to resort to using another service to unlock my phone. The whole process was amateurish, and I wish I had done more research before trusting Unlock.com with my phone. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
