Account Charged, No Delivery
Ordered and was charged on my card right away, but nothing was ever shipped. Order status was still "processing" over a week. Tried to reach support, but didn't get a response until days later?and then the response was a generic one. Bank had to reverse the charge. A lot of aggravation for something that could have been done differently.

Worth the Hype
I had heard about THC Vape Shop from a few people online and decided to try it out. The shopping process was very convenient, and I enjoyed the regular tracking updates. My package came earlier than expected, and it looked professionally made. Used it right away and was impressed with how good and smooth the draw was and how fast the effects came on. Good flavor too.

Product Matches Description
The strain I purchased had exactly the same effects and flavor profile listed on the website. Not often that product descriptions are this accurate. Clean Tasting and Potent Carts
The carts I received from THC Vape Shop are some of the clean-tasting ones I've dealt with. No chemmy taste, no throat burn?just smooth and effective. The oil is clean and draws fine without clogging up. Even the mouthpieces are solidly built. You can tell they're quality-oriented. I have ordered numerous times from THC Vape Shop and hadn't had a negative experience. The cartridges are on time and always in perfect condition. The bestreturning thing is the consistency?nothing lowers quality or leaves out details ever. The vape carts are potent, full of flavor, and a lingering finish. I appreciate that their packaging is discreet and everything is properly cushioned. Customer service responds quickly and professionally, which I appreciate. Once, I had an error in the shipping address and they promptly fixed it without any hesitation. Broken Cartridge and No Resolution
Received cart with cracked mouthpiece and leaked oil in package. Sent out an instant message with photos, but never followed up. Contacted several times and still nothing. Lost money and patience ultimately. All that the website looks decent for a reason; the lack of customer support negates that. Everyone has errors, just own them and help out. Would not shop here again on this account.

Consistent Experience So Far

One of the Best Online Shops

I understand that there can be delays, but some sort of pro-active notification would have made a difference. Quality Didn?t Match Price
My cart came looking off from the beginning. The oil inside was darker than normal, and the taste was bitter with a burnt aftertaste after just a few hits. For a high-end product, it wasn't quite up to par. Called and was told it was probably fine, but I wasn't going to risk it. Don't know if it was a bad batch or whatever, but I am not going to be risking it again.
