Excellent Customer Support

SmartBiz Loans provided excellent support in all my efforts to complete the loan application. Each step of the process was explained to me, and I received guidance whenever I needed it. The online platform was easy enough to work through, and I received my long-needed business funds on time. Only, the process could have been a little faster, but overall, I'm happy with the service.

Not Timely

Not very timely at all with getting the loan done. I have had to follow through with people multiple times. The customer service people were not of great help.

Excellent Loan Process

Frustrating and Time-Consuming

Unfortunately, my experience with SmartBiz Loans was far from ideal. A process which was supposed to be quite straightforward turned out to be frustrating and time-consuming. The team continues to request more documents, some of which I had already provided. It gave the impression that they were not organized. The process took much more time than promised. After all, nobody's perfect; delays occur. Proper communication would help ease my anxiety, though. The experience I had will not earn me to recommend this service again.

Terrible Customer Support

I expected much when seeking a loan through SmartBiz, but instead, I got pretty disappointed. The customer service people were not very helpful, and sometimes I even felt that they were not really in a position to keep me informed about the status of my application. For one, the loan approval took a much longer time than I had expected, and many times I had to call just to ask for an update on the status. All in all, the experience was unprofessional, and the stress was unwarranted. I feel they could do much more with better communication and follow-through.

Slow Process and Poor Communication

My experience with SmartBiz Loans was not exactly what I expected. The application process seemed quite straightforward at first. It got rough after that though. My main impression was the slow follow-up process. Nobody seems eager to get anything done until they are overwhelmed, which was the case for me in this instance. It was pretty stressful. So, although I finally got my loan, it took much longer than I was supposed to, and the customer service could be a lot more responsive, so if you need fast service, go elsewhere.
