    Issues with Customer Service

    Customer support should be more responsive when there is an issue. In contacting about a problem with an order, answers took too long and did not provide an actual solution. A refund or exchange would have been welcome, but what was given was nothing. The business states that it values customer satisfaction, but that was not seen here. More of an effort to fix things in a fair way would be a tremendous improvement. Most customers are depending on CBD for relief, and thus addressing complaints in the right manner should be of priority. Hopefully, adjustments are made to enhance how customer service addresses complaints.
