Excellent Customer Experience
My experience with SelectQuote has been super. Every step of the process was very easy to understand, and the agent that answered my call was very helpful in addressing my questions. I appreciated how they had a good number of options to pick from. Pricing was very reasonable and no pressure was felt while making a choice for a policy. Slow to Respond, Expensive
SelectQuote really wasn't quick with their responses to my questions. It felt like I was having to breathe down the back of their neck to get anything. The quote was more costly than what I had gotten from others, and I didn't feel that the justification was good enough.

I was frustrated by the lack of transparency at SelectQuote. They didn't initially state all fees, so by the time everything seemed to pop out at me, it was frustrating. I mean the service is not terrible, but the added cost was disappointing.

I bought life insurance using SelectQuote. It was, however frustrating on the whole. Initially, it was pleasant, but by the end, my last policy was slow to acquire. There were fees that were not disclosed in the open until the end. The agent I spoke with did not seem to be all that responsive after I agreed on the plan, and it was tough to get questions answered. My experience was frustrating while it all worked out into a policy that suits me; I would not recommend SelectQuote from what I have seen from this company.

I was most impressed with how quickly and easily the process was with SelectQuote. I contacted them to inquire about life insurance, and within a few days, I was in place with one that met my needs. That agent that I have been conversing with is really patient. He took me through all of my options. I really liked the variety of choices, and just felt that I was in control of the whole process. It was just nice pricing, and customer service is A-one. In fact, I have worked with several other companies before, and it feels so overwhelming with them. But SelectQuote made everything very simple. I would highly recommend it to any person who wanted to get reliable life insurance without hassle.

Quick, Professional and Easy
SelectQuote was great at getting me set up for life insurance. Everything from the first page to the last was quick, and I was kept in contact, and really not good at anything as far as being suited for it, so they were very professional. They really provided me with many options, but in no way did I feel like I had to make a decision; they also made sure I would understand everything pertaining to what I was getting. Competition rate is fantastic, so it is an excellent choice. I would always recommend SelectQuote for hassle-free insurance.

Slick Experience; Friendly Agents
SelectQuote was very smooth from the very beginning till the end of my experience. Agents were very cooperative, and time taken by the agents to explain the various policies available to me was also very satisfactory. Also, I did not feel any kind of pressure from them, and I felt they actually came there to help me get the best possible option. Process was not difficult at all, and rates are excellent. I'm very satisfied with the choice I made.

Helpful but Expensive
I had a good experience with SelectQuote, but the rates were more than I expected. The representative that I was talking to was very helpful and gave me a few quotes. I liked the information they provided, but I did go with a slightly more expensive policy than I had anticipated. It was expensive, but I felt comfortable with my decision.

Highly Satisfied, Great Service
I was very satisfied with SelectQuote. The agents were always very helpful and patient to understand all my options before choosing a policy. It was easy for me to choose a life insurance policy, and I enjoyed the agent's knowledge about various policies. Several quotes were given to me, and there was no pressure to choose the highest one. Hidden Costs and Lack of Communication
SelectQuote marketed competitive pricing, but I later found there were some hidden costs that had not been disclosed up-front. The agent didn't tell me all the fees I was going to be facing, so when my final premium came out to be more than I anticipated, I felt blindsided. The level of communication was pretty bad, and I found myself sometimes chasing around after the agent for any kind of answer. It took too long, and I am sorry that I chose SelectQuote.

Helpful but Expensive
