    Decent but Not Fast Enough

    Seelbach's has some wonderful small-batch liquors that are difficult to find elsewhere, and that is what led me to order. Ordering was easy, and everything went through without problems. Shipping, however, took longer than I expected. My shipment took close to 14 days to arrive, which is longer than I've had with other similar retailers. Customer service was cooperative when I inquired about it, and the product arrived in excellent condition with great packaging. The spirits themselves are great and worth the try.     Missing Item in Order

    My last Seelbach's order had an issue when part of what I had ordered wasn't there. I had only ordered two bottles, but a single bottle came in the package when it was delivered. The packaging itself remained intact, and the product which came was superb, but the lost product annoyed me. I immediately contacted customer service, and although they were friendly and processed a refund for the missing bottle, it took almost a week to get everything sorted out. I would have liked it if the entire order had come in properly the first time, but at least the problem was dealt with in a polite manner. I'm somewhat hesitant to order again immediately, although the distinctive offerings are tempting. Hopefully, Seelbach's will be able to get order accuracy better so this kind of problem doesn't happen again in the future.
