Decent but Not Impressive
I found Safeway Moving?s service to be decent but not impressive. They were late on the moving day, and I had to call them a few times for updates. A couple of fragile items weren?t packed well and got scratched. Not bad, but not great either.

Although Safeway Moving's crew was courteous, they were extremely slow and disorganized. They seemed to be taking more time than needed to pack and move my belongings. Some of my items came in damaged condition. In general, it wasn't a catastrophe, but I feel that their service could be improved.

The whole process was fine, but not so seamless as I had anticipated. The movers were late, and I was rushed in the process. My boxes were not all strapped down tightly enough, and this caused a small breakage. The cost was not bad, but I was hoping for a little more professionalism.
