Needs a Complete Overhaul
Redfog is just not user-friendly. The site is slow, full of bugs, and frustrating to navigate. Customer service is terrible?they take forever to respond, and even when they do, they don?t offer real solutions. I?ve had too many issues with crashes and glitches to continue using it. Unless they give it a complete makeover and begin to listen to user input, I don't see this platform getting any better. I'd recommend finding elsewhere if you require something trustworthy.

Constant Technical Issues
Redfog is the most untrustworthy site I've ever had the misfortune of using. It freezes all the time, and when it doesn't, it's incredibly slow. I've submitted several complaints to customer support, and they either don't reply or tell me some vague response that doesn't ever actually work. I waited a while hoping things would improve, but they haven't. I can't recommend it unless they seriously revamp things.

Not Worth the Frustration
I made an effort to be fair and give Redfog a good try, but it's just not a solid platform. There are recurring bugs that render it difficult to use, and the system crashes too frequently. I attempted to contact their support team, but they were of no help whatsoever. I kept waiting for updates to correct the problems, but nothing changed. Eventually, I just lost patience and moved on to something else. It's annoying because it has potential, but as it stands, it's not even worth the time.

Redfog could be great, but right now, it?s just not there. The interface is nice, but it?s slow, buggy, and unreliable. I?ve had multiple instances where the site just stopped working, forcing me to refresh constantly. Customer service is lacking?they take forever to respond, and when they do, it?s not very helpful. It's as if they're dismissing major problems that users are continually highlighting. If they're able to get the technical issues sorted out, then it might be worth a go, but as it stands, I cannot advise using it.

Terrible Customer Support
I've had nothing but issues with Redfog, and customer support has been absolutely useless. The website is glitchy, and some functions just don't perform as they ought to. When I reached out to support, I waited days for an answer, only to receive a generic response that didn't resolve my problem. I tried again, but the same issues continued to occur. It's obvious they're not focusing on their users' experience. I would not suggest this platform to anyone until they resolve the technical problems and enhance their customer support.

Unreliable and Buggy
Redfog has been a rollercoaster of frustration to use. There are some days when it works fine, but the rest of the time, it's filled with errors and slow loading. I've experienced glitches where pages freeze or buttons don't respond at all. The worst is that there's not a decent customer support system?when I complained, they didn't get back to me or left me a standard response that didn't solve my problem. The concept of Redfog is wonderful, but until they get serious about enhancing performance, I don't envision it being a trustworthy platform soon.

Disappointed in the Quality
Redfog is truly one of the most infuriating platforms I've ever used. It's hugely buggy?pages load sporadically, some features don't function, and sometimes it just crashes for no reason. I contacted customer support, hoping for a solution, but they weren't responsive at all. I waited for an update that would fix things, but it never came. I eventually gave up and switched to something else. It's frustrating because I was thinking it would be helpful, but it just wasn't worth all the problems. Definitely wouldn't recommend it in its present form.

Frustrating Experience

A Waste of Time
I tried giving Redfog the benefit of the doubt, but it's just not worth the trouble. The site is slow, freezes often, and the site isn't as user-friendly as it could be. The worst aspect is the customer support?when I contacted customer support, I received evasive answers that did not address my issue. Having spent weeks on the same issues, I've made the decision to leave. It's unfortunate because it could have been great, but I don't expect the developers to make significant changes anytime soon. Unless they really revamp the platform, I would not suggest it to anyone.

So Many Issues
Redfog seemed fine at first, but working with it has been a nightmare. The site keeps crashing, and some functions just don't function correctly. I attempted to contact customer service, but their replies were automatic and useless. Even after waiting days for a response, my problem was not solved. It's annoying because the idea is great, but the implementation is bad. If they work on making the bugs better and support better, I'll try it again. But for now, I can't suggest it. It's not reliable, and I don't have time to continue getting these problems.

A Total Letdown
I had such high hopes for Redfog, but unfortunately, it?s been nothing but disappointment. The platform is incredibly buggy?pages won?t load, certain actions don?t work, and the overall experience is just frustrating. I gave Redfog a try because it looked promising, but I regret it now. The site is riddled with bugs, making it incredibly frustrating to use. Pages don?t load properly, and sometimes, actions don?t register. I reached out to customer service, and while they were polite, they didn?t actually solve my issue. I also noticed that updates don?t seem to address the most common complaints from users. It?s clear they need to invest more in stability and support. I wanted to keep using it, but after running into the same problems repeatedly, I?ve decided to move on.
