I am very disappointed when booking a stay via RedAwning. The place I stayed was much less than described. Photos online made it far more beautiful than it actually was. Upon arrival, nothing was clean; some amenities were missing or damaged. I tried to call customer service, but they were not very helpful and did not resolve issues. We spent our vacation in some substandard rental place. It really destroyed the experience. I know that, of course, things can happen, but this lack of customer support was very frustrating. I would have expected much more from a company like RedAwning. Maybe they could work more in their property listings and customer support for the future customers.

I have used RedAwning to book many different vacation rentals based on photos and the description to have a lavish stay. Well, that wasn't exactly the experience we received. The property was nothing like what they had described. The place was out of date; furniture was bad, and several of the appliances did not function at all. To top it off, the place hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. I mailed their customer service with RedAwning right away, reporting the problems that came up, but their response took too much time, and no real action was made towards fixing the problems. We were frustrated and unsatisfied by the overall experience. I have used other rental services before, and RedAwning clearly doesn't compare. I would not be able to use their services anytime in the future, and I would warn others to go through with a healthy dose of skepticism when making a booking via them.

We were really looking forward to our trip, but the rental we booked through RedAwning was a disappointment. The property was not well-maintained, and there were many problems, including broken lights and appliances that did not work. We tried to contact the customer service, which was very slow and not even helpful at all. We were left to fix some of these issues ourselves just to make the stay bearable. Considering we paid as much as we did, we expected much better service and a better stay. The unwillingness to respond from the RedAwning team really made this experience a bit sour for us. This is our first time using their service, and who knows, maybe the last. It was really disappointing to spend money on a much-needed vacation then have to deal with problems that easily could have been avoided with better communication and service.

RedAwning contacted us. We wanted a cozy place for our family, a nice vacation home; what we got was really disappointing. Pictures made the home look better compared to what it was real-life. So when we got there, it wasn't as clean as we had thought, and we found numerous maintenance issues. There were old appliances at the kitchen and several broken furniture pieces. We were unable to get through to their customer service at first and when we finally got a person on the phone, they were not too excited about helping us out either. We were pretty much stuck making the best of a really frustrating situation. The property listing itself was misleading, and it made the whole experience really a disappointment. That is not what we expected from a relaxing getaway, and I don't think we'll ever be using RedAwning again in the future.

The property booked through RedAwning was okay. The problem was the pathetic customer service, though. Some very minor issues cropped up in our stay-most notably, a faucet that wouldn't work and towels that didn't exist on-site. We could e-mail support with issues so minor that we didn't even know they needed attention, and it still took days for them to get back. By the time they did get back to us, we were nearing the end of our stay, and we had sort of fixed the problem ourselves. I suppose it's pretty fair; however, no timely support made this experience not so pleasant. To pay for a service and not get the help you need when you run into issues is frustrating. I hope RedAwning can take improvement at customer service because right now it is the only thing keeping me from recommending them.

Our experience at RedAwning was quite unimpressive. Our house has dusty surfaces, stained linens, and dirtied floors when we arrive. It is evident that it was not cleaned properly before our check-in. Unsurprisingly, the customer service takes much time in getting back for our request or rather complaint, and they are not helpful as well. We spent hours cleaning this place ourselves, so we were both frustrated and exhausted. We arrived here to unwind. Our first day was spent arguing about things that should have been settled before we got here. Not booking through RedAwning again and would caution others to be careful with booking through them. Cleanliness and customer service are a must. Unfortunately, RedAwning fails the mark.

I was very excited to book through RedAwning, but the property was not at all what I had anticipated. It seemed to be much smaller than described and the amenities were extremely out of date. Description said there was a high luxury experience, far from reality. Maintenance issues had not been resolved before our arrival either. We had to call customer service a few times since they took their time to return our calls; no one came to fix the problems during our stay. The location is nice, but the property itself and the service were bad. We have had better experiences with other rental services, and we were really disappointed by this one. RedAwning needs to adjust the descriptive process of properties and improve customer support if they want to attract returning customers.

We had a lot of questions about the property and its facilities well prior to our trip, but getting a response from the support team was a multi-attempt thing. In addition to that, there were some cleanliness issues and some appliances, which we made sure to report upon our arrival. However, the response was pretty slow. Just feels like an understaffed service or unprepared in case any sort of inquiry pops up from a customer. While the actual property was all right, the total experience was besmirched by lack of timely support. Hopefully, RedAwning would work on their customer service as, at least for the time being, we are not booking through them anytime soon.

The house wasn't clean enough, and it had several maintenance issues that were known but not repaired beforehand. We complained to their customer services, and their response was very slow and unsatisfactory. It is frustrating paying money for a service and getting less number of persons that should have been part of the care and attention. The place was the greatest for everything was just well, but the overall experience did not go the way we would have wished. RedAwning has to improve its property management and customer service, if it wishes to ensure that its customers return.
