Good store, mixed experience
The store itself seems well managed and the pickup option was pretty smooth. But when I ordered online, tracking didn?t update for a while, which left me confused. Really disappointing experience
I had high hopes when I placed my order, but nothing went right. The product arrived 6 days late and there was no tracking update most of the time. When it finally got delivered, the box was damaged and the bottle was leaking slightly. I tried calling customer support but no one answered, and the email reply came way too late. It honestly felt like they don?t care much once they get your money. I won?t be ordering again.

Bought a barrel?finish whiskey sourced directly through their distiller partners. It came securely packed with tasting notes included. However the shrink?wrap around the cap was slightly loose. Not worth the trouble
I ordered a wine set as a gift, and the entire process was stressful. First, the payment took forever to process and I didn?t get confirmation for a whole day. Then the package came in poor shape?the box was dented and looked like it had been thrown around. One of the bottles had a broken seal. I contacted them twice, but only got a generic reply. It was a waste of money and time. Definitely not ordering again.
