After applying for my mortgage, I was assured that the whole process would take about a month, but it took nearly twice as long. And even when I did get a response, it was usually in conflict or not fully provided. The others include occasions when I wasn't even told the issues to discuss until the very last minute and were very stressing. Their portal is not interactive; uploading a document is something I really encountered some troubles doing it. Not only that, I think I didn't receive the interest rate which is competitively low against the rest. While I did eventually get my mortgage, the lack of transparency and delays throughout the process were frustrating, and I won?t use PHH Mortgage again.
