Good Experience Overall

Tresl was pretty much smooth sailing. The application was really easy; they walked you through everything. Kept me updated on the whole process, which was reassuring. Loan terms were nothing special, but no huge surprises. I would go back to them again and again.

Terrible Experience

Tresl is a company with horrible directions that can send you clicking around in circles. Totally had to call constantly to get moving. It took so long compared to how little effort was put into the process. As a customer, I don't even feel appreciated.

Exceeded Expectations

Tresl was great from the first click. The process is really easy, and their support is fantastic, very responsive, professional, and helpful. I got approval immediately with terms exactly as expected. The process felt highly personal. I have felt so cared for from start to finish. Tresl rocks! End. Tresl overall gave good service. The rates were competitive, and the customer service was kind and responsive. My only concern is that my application took a little longer to process. Still, they are polite representatives and let me know why there would be a delay. That is quite refreshing, given the usual professional conduct that they displayed. I can still give them the nod for that.

Not As Smooth As Expected

Well, I was really positive based on the reviews. Though my experience with Tresl was not so promising. Communication was sporadic at best, and the feeling was that there should be a chase done many times just to find an update on the status of the loan. Documentation for loaning, supposed to be easy, proved quite a pain since the procedure took weeks to be finalized. I was left in suspense and worried if ever the service would get through. At the moment that I actually received my actual approval, the rate of interest was a little more than the one I got quoted-in other words, it ended up to be really disappointing at the end. More transparency and far better customer's service would be very much required. They indeed have lots of potential, but improvement has to take place concerning consistency and communication.

Not What I Expected

I thought it would be a seamless experience with Tresl. The opposite occurred. It took too much time for processing, and there was hardly any communication done with me. Constant follow-up was necessary to find out the status of my application. This is not my best experience.

Could Be Better

Unclear Process and Delays

I went for Tresl based on reviews that I had read on other websites. However, nothing could be further from what I experienced with the service. The process seemed unclear, starting from day one. Information about what was supposed to happen next was also minimal. It took numerous reminders for them to confirm if the verification of the documents was done or not. I received my loan approval, but the terms were different from what they initially promised. I wish Tresl had been more open about changes and delays. It was not a smooth experience as I had hoped, and I think their communication needs improvement.

Mixed Feelings

Tresl is just okay on the service. At times, when I requested for updates several times, I was subjected to multiple delays in receiving a response and I constantly called and emailed. Average Service

Tresl disappointed me as I did not quite receive the speed with the response as expected in a smooth and better means of communication. Disappointing Service

Tresl doesn't live up to what I had expected from them at all. It took such a long time, contrary to the promises they were giving, and the whole process was pretty bad for me with respect to the communication issues that occurred constantly. Most of the times, even when I requested them to reply, which was within a stipulated timeline, it hardly used to arrive on time. The support representatives were rarely helpful; sometimes, it seemed to me that no one ever took my concern seriously. In its approval, several times as it was accepted, all terms changed on what agreed on at first approval when it came; thus making the loan not as ideal as initially settled. Wholly frustrating was the situation all through and cheated one would say I would definitely not advise one to settle with them it was some trying moments there are plenty of places for better ways to refinance.
