Totally let down
Placed a large order and nothing came. Waited over 3 weeks and no update or tracking number. Reached out twice and only got one auto-reply. Still no refund or items. It?s honestly upsetting because I was really looking forward to trying their stuff. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this feels like a complete scam. Definitely not ordering again. Customer support was just completely unhelpful.

Poor quality control
I bought a grinder and a pipe. The grinder was missing a screen and the pipe had a weird scratch near the bowl. It wasn?t enough to return, but it felt like no one checked before shipping. Shipping was fast, I?ll give them that, but I expected more care. Doesn?t feel worth what I paid. Could?ve been better.

Friendly but pricey shipping
Needed a replacement downstem and they had it. Part looks exactly as described, fits fine, and is clean. Packaging was good. But shipping fee seemed high relative to item price?I expected cheaper. Nothing went right
Order didn?t ship for 8 days. When it did, they sent me a piece I didn?t order. I contacted them and got zero help. No replacement, no apology. It?s like they don?t care once they have your money. I kept checking the site thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but nope?just terrible communication and service. Never again.

Mixed experience
Bought a water pipe and a torch. The pipe works decent, but the torch stopped working after a few uses. I tried contacting support and they said they don?t offer returns on used torches. That was a bit frustrating since I barely used it. Packaging was good and the pipe came in one piece, but that torch issue left a bad impression.

Poorly packed item
My bubbler came with no box inside the shipping envelope, just wrapped in bubble wrap. It arrived with a small crack. Not totally broken, but I can?t use it like that. I emailed support but didn?t hear back for over a week. They gave me a coupon but no replacement. Felt like they don?t take fragile shipping seriously. Pretty disappointed.

Customer service is trash
The bowl I received was the wrong size, and when I contacted them to exchange, they just sent a generic message and stopped replying. It?s not even that hard to fix this kind of thing. I ended up just keeping it cause returning wasn?t worth the effort. You?d think a business like this would care about its customers, but clearly not.

Looked nice, broke fast
The water pipe I ordered was really pretty but broke after just a few uses. I didn?t even drop it. Just rinsed it gently and the base cracked. Broken item, no help
Got my order and the pipe was completely shattered. Sent photos the same day, and they didn?t respond for a week. Then they said it wasn?t their responsibility. Got a glass ash catcher and some wraps. Ash catcher fits alright but wobbles a little when attached. Might just be my setup, not sure. Items came on time but nothing felt very thoughtful. No padding inside the box other than a few bubbles. It wasn?t damaged, but I was nervous opening it. I?ll use what I got but don?t feel super impressed.

Looks fake
The product looked nothing like the picture. It?s a different color, smaller, and honestly feels like cheap knockoff. I messaged them and they just said colors may vary, which doesn?t explain the size difference. Can?t believe they?re okay sending stuff that?s so far off from what?s advertised. Misleading descriptions
Bought a rig based on pictures and description, but when it arrived the design was clearly different. It had a different downstem and was shorter than listed. Extremely disappointed
Got a rig from them, and the nail didn?t even fit. Tried different ways to make it work, but the joint was cut unevenly. Reached out and they said there?s no return on used items. Cheap packaging
The torch I bought worked for a couple days, then the ignition failed. The box it came in was super flimsy too. Doesn?t seem like they tested anything before sending. I didn?t even bother asking for a return cause it seemed like too much hassle. Just a letdown overall. Maybe okay for accessories, but I?d be cautious with electronics.

Slightly underwhelmed
Saw good reviews so I ordered a grinder and rolling tray. They came fine, but the grinder wasn?t as sharp as I expected?it jams a little. Also, packaging was kinda messy, like it was rushed. The item I received was clearly used. It had residue inside and scratches on the outside. I emailed them with pictures and they said it must?ve been damaged in shipping. That doesn?t even make sense. Good glass, slow shipping
Received my piece intact, and I like the color and design more in person. It hits smooth and feels sturdy. But the shipping took extra few days due to carrier delay. I had to email support to check status, which was handled okay. If shipping speed is okay with you, this is a solid shop. The quality makes up for the wait.

Better than I thought
Wasn?t sure what kind of service I?d get ordering glass online but they actually did a nice job packing everything. Colors were close to what?s shown. Might try their in-store sometime if I?m nearby.

Looks better online
Item looked amazing on the website but in person it?s much smaller and lighter than expected. Kinda feels cheap. I double checked the specs after and yeah it?s technically accurate, but photos made it look way more solid. Shipping was also delayed and I didn?t get much help when I asked about it. Not the worst store, but didn?t meet my expectations.

Mixed feelings
I like the vibe of the store and the product is decent quality, but I had a weird experience at checkout. The payment page froze and I had to redo my order. Also, I didn?t get a confirmation email until I contacted support. It eventually arrived fine but left me unsure during the process. Probably just a tech glitch but still frustrating.

Very slow delivery
I placed an order and it didn?t ship for almost 5 days. Then it took another week to arrive. That?s just way too long in my opinion. The item itself is okay, it?s functional, but nothing special. Also, the package was missing the freebie that was mentioned on the site. It?s the little stuff that adds up. Probably won?t reorder.

Got scammed basically
I paid for express shipping, and it took 12 days to arrive. Not even a tracking number for the first week. When it finally came, the pipe was chipped and the color didn?t match the photos. I reached out and they ghosted me. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Don?t waste your money.

Mostly happy
I ordered a grinder and cleaning kit here. Both items arrived in good shape and look nice, though I wish the grinder had slightly better teeth. Still works great for me. Packaging was protective and they included tracking updates. Took 5 days to get here, which is okay. Customer service answered my question well. All in all a pretty nice experience.

Just okay
My item came in one piece, which I?m thankful for, but the packaging didn?t feel super secure. It was mostly just bubble wrap thrown in the box. Also, the shipping took longer than listed on the site. Product works alright, but the bowl doesn't sit as snug as I'd hoped. It?s usable, just not the best experience for a first-time customer.

Not what I hoped for
I ordered a mini bong and was excited but it came with a chip on the base. I contacted support and they just offered a discount on the next order, no replacement. For something brand new, I expected better service. The shipping box looked a bit beat up too. It works, but still disappointing. Not sure I?ll order from here again honestly.

Friendly team, no pressure

Solid experience

Solid selection and easy checkout

Not bad, but not great
I ordered a small rig and a couple accessories. The rig works fine but the colors were kinda off from what was shown online. Also, it took almost a week to ship which felt slow. I had to follow up on tracking myself. Not terrible, but I expected a little more based on reviews I saw. Still usable, just didn?t wow me.

Worth a try
Just tried this site after recommendations. They have wider selection than some local places. I got a small rig, price was reasonable. Packaging was thoughtful and it arrived safe. Good, not perfect
Ordered a bubbler and some rolling accessories. Everything arrived intact and worked just fine. I do think the bubbler looks a bit different than in the photos, but not in a bad way. Packaging was solid, no damage. Price was fair but shipping cost could be lower. Still a reliable source tho, and I?d probably order again once I need something else.

Pleasant headshop find
I wasn?t sure ordering glass online would go well, but this shop surprised me. The small rig I picked was packaged well and arrived safe. Customer service answered my query about diffusers in just a day. My only gripe is shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but overall the quality and experience were solid. Would buy here again.

Poor quality product
The torch I bought stopped working after two uses. I contacted the shop and they told me to contact the manufacturer directly. No refund, no replacement, nothing. It?s frustrating because the torch wasn?t cheap. If they?re going to sell stuff that breaks instantly, they should at least stand behind it. Complete waste of money and time.
