I was expecting more from Lifeway Mobility based on good reviews I read, but my experience turned out to be subpar. My stairlift installation was being delayed several times without any advance notice. Secondly, the repairman who turned up was under pressure, ending up leaving the lift misadjusted. After countless calls to the customer service center, the issue was finally cleared, but what a hassle this was. The price I had paid should be matched with higher quality service.
