Never Got My Package
Placed an order, got a confirmation email, then... nothing. Waited a full two weeks and no package showed up. The tracking number never updated either. Tried contacting their support twice?got no reply at all. Had to eventually open a claim through my payment provider. Maybe this was a rare mistake, but it?s hard to trust a company that doesn?t communicate or fix an issue. It?s frustrating, especially when the order wasn?t cheap. Even if it had arrived eventually, the lack of response is what really lost me. I was excited to try their stuff, but now I?m just annoyed and cautious. A refund finally came through after the claim, but the whole process took over a month. Could?ve been resolved way quicker with a simple reply. Won?t be ordering again unless I see big changes in their service.
