Inconsistent humidity control
The humidor itself looks well made, but it has not performed as advertised. The humidity control doesn?t stay consistent, and I find myself constantly adjusting and checking levels. It?s more work than I anticipated. On top of that, shipping took longer than expected and the packaging wasn?t very secure. Thankfully, nothing arrived broken, but the lack of care in presentation made it feel cheap. The idea is great, but execution is lacking. I wouldn?t purchase again from Juanador.
