No grace period, no phone call?just a cancelation email. We were without coverage for a week before realizing. Getting reinstated was another long process. The whole thing was stressful and felt unnecessary. We understand there?s a process, but a single failed payment should not lead to automatic cancelation with no human contact. They really need a better payment failure protocol and better alerts.
