Bought three tins of tea and two arrived stale?no aroma and tasting flat, almost cardboard?like. Opened them with expectation, but they barely smelled of anything familiar. Ordered loose?leaf green and oolong. Upon arrival, the resealable bags were punctured and tea leaves spilled. Smell was faint and oxidation noticeable, especially in oolong.
