Not as Fast as Expected
Although I did ultimately notice improvements, the process took longer than the estimated time period for visible progress. Along the way, I found myself having to follow up time and again to receive updates, as communication was not as proactive as I had anticipated. This left me feeling uncertain and wondering about the status of my case at times. While the improvements did occur, they were incremental, and the effects manifested more slowly than I expected. That being said, once the adjustments started to have an impact, I could clearly see the improvement to my credit, and the wait was worth it. It would have been significantly more comforting to have more frequent updates and more explicit communication along the way, but ultimately, the result was acceptable. Patience was important, and though the experience was not as speedy as I would have liked, I am happy with the outcome in the end.

What caused me concern was the unresponsiveness through the process, as I ended up waiting ages when I called, wanting or requiring an explanation to something or an answer to some question that needed clarification. Although I realize things can get hectic, the lack of communication was a bit frustrating, particularly when I was seeking answers or guidance. That aside, once I was able to speak with a representative, they were friendly, informative, and addressed my issues in detail. They ensured that I had everything I needed and were truly invested in resolving any issues I presented.
